Half Beef - Deposit

ADCA registered 100% grass fed Dexter cattle. They are a small frame heritage breed, originally developed in Ireland. Dexter beef is superior in quality to the commercial breeds, with good marbling. The marbling makes the flesh tender and flavoursome. When the grass is growing, we use a system of portable fences to move the herd to new grass every day. In the winter, we feed them hay made from excess pasture growth from the previous summer. Final cost is based on the carcass hanging weight at $6.25/pound.  This price includes custom processing
