Processing typically around $200 per pig depending on your smoke/cure selections.
Cutting and Packaging is completely customizable.
These hogs will have a hanging weight around 180-225 lbs

Taking Reservations now for our Fall Processing! We only raise 100% Irish Dexter Cattle. Our cattle are on pasture year round. We do rotational grazing with daily moves to fresh pasture where they have free access to grass (or hay). We take great pride in providing the best life possible for our cattle. This is just one reason our beef is superior; happy cattle have lower stress which results in more tender and flavorful meat
